What is the PCOS Transformation Group Program?

When do we start?

We start early September and the program runs for 8 consecutive weeks thereafter.

Do I have to live in a specific location in order to take part in the program?

Nope - it’s 100% location independent and all online. The sessions will be on the same days and times every week and your availability/time zone will be considered when determining the best time for the group.

I’ve already done so much research on PCOS - will this still be valuable for me?

Definitely! This program teaches you how to tune inwards and understand your own body, your triggers, and what is sustainable for you. It goes way beyond what information you can find out there and instead helps you learn more about yourself.
